Who can see my dates?
--- > back to top of page
When you enter a date on the calendar then some other users can see your new date.
Anyone can see a date which is marked as public.
Anyone who is in your 'Full Access Group' can see all your dates except the dates
which you have marked as private.
If you have selected a current group, anyone who is in the current group will see the date unless it is marked as private.
For example if you have selected your work group as the current group then other work collegues
will be able to see the current date.
Nobody else can see a date if you have specifically marked it as private!!!
How do groups work?
--- > back to top of page
You can make groups of other people who are using All My Dates provided they let you.
Everyone has a Full Access Group. This is the groups of users which can see all your dates.
In addition you can own, or belong to, other groups like maybe your work group. This means that you can selectively
share your dates with the other people in this group.
For more information on groups have a look at the htmlTutorial lesson 6
